Hodder & Stoughton published a First Edition in London, 1922.  The hardcover is bound in gilt illustrated cloth with illustrated endpapers. 


Houghton Mifflin: Riverside Press published a Limited Edition in Boston, 1893. Nineteen of the illustrations are detailed full page tipped-in color lithographs mounted within

gilt borders.


George H. Doran published a First US Edition thus in New York, 1922. The hardcover is bound in gilt illustrated red cloth with 24 full page color plates.


Rand McNally published a First Edition, in Chicago-New York , 1913. The hardcover is bound in green cloth with gilt titles  on color and spine. 


Sears Co. published a First Edition hardcover in 1928. 


A.L. Burt Company published a First Edition in New York, 1915. The hardcover is bound in brick cloth covered boards with gilt titles to the spine.
