He intends to scare her with a pumpkin-headed wooden man he made when she returns home, but alas, she is not frightened and instead brings the wooden man Tip created to life with her newly bought Powder of Life. Later that night, Tip and the pumpkin-headed man named Jack Pumpkinhead escape with the Powder of Life, joined by a sawhorse Tip brought to life. They then proceed to partake in adventures throughout Oz, and Tip discovers the secret of his past.
