"The Revolt of the Slaves" is based on the 1854 novel "Fabiola, or the Church of the Catacombs" by English Cardinal Nicholas Wiseman and set in 4th century AD Rome during Christian persecution under Roman Emperor Diocletian. Claudia (Rhonda Flemming), the beautiful daughter of a wealthy patrician falls in love with Vibio (Lang Jeffries) a Christian slave. Featuring early performances by Fernando Rey and Serge Gainsbourg in supporting roles.
Set in Rome, shot on location in Spain.
8 x 10 inches. 2 Near Fine, others Good to Very Good, creasing and pinholes, some with chipping to near center from staples.
