New York, NY Charles Scribner's Sons, 1930. Hardcover First Edition, unstated ('A')[?] First Edition, unstated ('A') [DJ lacks price and may be some sort of bookclub edition]. Very Good in Very Good DJ: Book shows faint water spotting at top edge of page block; light wear to corner tips; front free endpaper shows shadow from laid in newspaper clipping. Binding square and secure; text clean. DJ shows a little darkening at backstrip; soiling and at rear hinge; light wear and tiny chips at extremities; mylar-protected.
