San Francisco: Britton & Rey. Fair. 1879. First Edition. Hardcover. Embossed blue cloth folder with foldout large lithograph of 300 well-known Californians seated in a theatre. Includes numbered key which identifies each person. The foldout lithograph is in poor condition with tape repairs, foxing and small tears. The cloth folder is worn with a few stains. The cover titles are difficult to read. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
