About the author

Cameron Coward is a mechanical designer, a serial hobbyist, and an all-around geek. Working in the biomedical industry gave him the opportunity to use 3D printers to create engineering prototypes. Not satisfied with just 3D printing at work, Cameron began building and using 3D printers at home, and now writes regularly about this hobby and others on Hackaday. He is the author of Idiot's Guides: 3D Printing.
