Haven Putnam / April 18, 1910 -" ALSO tipped-in, a typed letter on G. P. Putnam's Sons letterhead, HAND SIGNED "Yours faithfully / Geo. Haven Putnam". Includes the bookplate of W. D. Vincent. William D. Vincent (1866-1935) was a collector of books and bookplates, an amateur historian, with focus on the Pacific NW. From Spokane, Washington, he was President of the Old National Bank of Spokane 1920-1933. Covers show lower bumped corners.
