The front free end pages has been neatly removed by a former owner, leaving a 2cm edge. The paper covering the front hinge has cracked, but the binding itself is intact. The top edge of the text block has darkened. The black covers are clean and unmarked, with just a bit of wear at tips and corners. The jacket is price-clipped, but is otherwise in very good condition again with light wear at corners. The attached scan gives a better idea of condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover

The book itself is quite foxed to the page block edges and to the end-papers which has crept into the text block in paces. Overall a VG copy. The D/W is priced 16s net to the inside flap (as called for) and is a VG+ copy with a couple of hardly visible, short, closed edge tears to the top edge of the front panel.
