A recipe book for Minute Tapioca, with advice for planning better meals, discussion of nutrition for children, general directions, and Tapioca recipes for items such as Tomato Bisque, Baked Cheese, casseroles, stews, creamed salmon, puddings, Chocolate Minute Tapioca, many fruit tapiocas, and finally, "For the Children's Scrap Book, Non-Injurious Paste" listing sugar, lemon and cinnamon etc. ingredients. The cover design reflects the magnified image of the relatively small starch cells of tapioca, as discussed within. CONDITION: Very good.
