Illustrated with gull-page b&w prints, including frontis with tissue guard. Shelfwear: scuffing along edges an covers, gilt along spine is faded and hard to read, some light tanning and some light stains along cover edges, chipping at spine edges, spine is cocked, light tanning and some light foxing on page leafs. Volume is in Good condition..

Tissue guards present except over frontispiece; a few chips and rough edges to the tissues. Most of King Arthur's world is familiar to today's readers, including characters like Merlin, Launcelot, Guenevere, the Lady of Shalott and objects such as the Holy Grail and the Round Table.
