"Superseding the July, 1924, Issue". Stiff medium brown card covers with black lettering/decoration on front cover, black illustration on rear cover, dark brown fabric tape spine, covering staples. Contents: Rules for Operating; Parts of the Equipment; Description of the Parts; General Description of Safety Control Equipment; Operation of the Equipment; M-28 Brake Valve with Selector Valve; M-28-B Brake Valve; Maintenance; Practical Car Tests; Hints to Car Operators; General Hints. Interior - light browning and some light soiling on title page, very light browning to fold-outs, soft bump at top corner of pages, a few fold-outs and one page have a small tear archivally taped, fold-outs also have the odd small corner crease. Exterior - light browning and soiling on edges of textblock - migrates into some page margins, light edge we, moderate rubbing and some soiling on covers, top corner of front cover has light creases, wear to spine cloth at top/bottom of spine and some splits in cloth on edges of spine, a few small light liquid stains on covers.. Stapled in Wraps. Good.
