Boston, Mass.: Little, Brown, 1927. 1st Edition 1st Impression. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 262pp. Engraved frontispiece. Blue buckram cloth boards, with blind rules and gilt decoration and lettering (boards a little rounded at corners and somewhat sunned on spine). Previous owner's inscription on front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring hint of tanning at edges of endpapers only. Three short stories featuring the author of Tristram Shandy, Laurence Sterne as the fictional hero. A handsome volume, produced to high standards with strong cloth boards and superior quality paper.
