Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact, bar chips to top and/or bottom section of spine. Brief gift inscription on front free end paper. Gilt stamped cloth over boards, fifty-eight pages. Spine discolored, worn at spine ends, corners, cover soiled/stained, some light foxing on front end papers, a little very light foxing on rear end papers. From the library of playwright Clifford Odets; his embossed name stamp on the front free end paper.
