This first edition is signed by the President on a bookplate affixed to the title page. The binding is tight and hardbound in blue paper spine with gold lettering with white paper covered boards. The dust jacket has a little wear near the top of the spine but otherwise in very good condition. no tears and is priced 30.00 on the front inside flap. The book condition is near fine and the interior is also very clean. 640 pages
