This was Isherwood's first novel, a notable flop upon its original publication in 1928. For this edition, Isherwood wrote a new foreword. Inscribed and signed by Isherwood on the front flyleaf for Frances and Howard Warshaw.

Synopsis

Christopher Isherwood was born in 1904 and became a US citizen in 1946. His many famous works include Mr. Norris Changes Trains and Goodbye to Berlin .
