A meticulously done typescript beautifully bound with all the appearance of a published book. The author has mounted and bound in illustrations and material from many sources, including six pages of Hermes or Mercury postage stamps and six dimes from 1890-1941. Bound by the Monastery Hill Bindery, Chicago, in quarter red morocco with marbled sides and endpapers, t.e.g., the spine with gilt titles and panel ornaments, including a caduceus, the snakes with green onlays, the wings in white. A remarkable and unique work.
