About This Item

New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1981. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The author's first book. Inscribed on the front flyleaf by Janowitz to Glenn Goldman (1950-2009), founder of Book Soup, the independent bookstore in Hollywood he built into a Sunset Boulevard landmark. Small remainder mark to the bottom edge. The dust jacket is a bit rubbed, with some light sun fading along the spine; otherwise a crisp, very good copy. Inscribed by Author.
