Quaife, his forty-third and last in the Lakeside Classics series. Volume itself has dark blue covers with sharp gilt lettering on the spine and a sharp Lakeside Press emblem on the front cover. The top of the pages are gilt and it is still sharp. Outer and lower page edges are deckled. 461 pages, including an index. There is a fold out map just before chapter one and it is in fine or better condition as well. There is the very slightest trace of wear at the tail of the spine and at some corners, from sitting on the book shelf. Some pages are not separated. The picture of Henry A. Boller in Indian Costume is protected by a tissue cover that has no marks or tears. We have placed an archival quality clear cover over the outer cover since the original glassine cover is not present. A very nice, collectible quality copy, available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box.
