Frits Knuf Antiquarian Books offers a wide range of books about books: typography, bibliography, books on paper, catalogues of libraries and dealers’ catalogues, and reference books on manuscripts, incunabula and bookbindings. Our comprehensive stock has been built up over 50 years and holds 25,000 titles. These are offered worldwide by means of catalogues and can also be found on the internet. We attend several international bookfairs and would like to meet you there. We are located in Vende, 180 km southwest of Paris in the Loire Valley (42 minutes by TGV from Paris-Montparnasse). You are welcome to visit us on appointment.On request we will set up a meeting in Paris to show any books that might be of interest to you. Those who are setting up a special collection or library are invited to request our specific lists. We are always interested in buying single volumes and whole collections in our field.

All books are complete and in good condition unless otherwise stated. Library stamps, cancelled stamps and normal library bindings have not always been mentioned. Any item not agreeing with the description may be returned at our expense. Prices are in €. Postage, insurance and bank costs extra.
