Please note that this is a heavy item and may require extra postage for international shipping.; Dust jacket wrapped in a removable archival sleeve, the top 1/4 of the spine has been lost, otherwise only light rubbing and shelving wear to the edges with a small tear to the rear top corner; Boards bright and clean, bound in teal cloth with an embossed design, corners bumped, gilt titles bright; Internally clean, no ownership signature or annotation, generously illustrated with B+W plates, the previous owner has written Herbert Baker's dates (1862-1946) under his name on the title page, around six newspaper clippings of various obituaries have been loosely inserted; Binding tight. Overall a nice, sturdy and clean copy.; 25 x 20 x 4 cm; 224 pages .
