Octavo (23.5cm); pictorial paper-covered boards and patterned black cloth backstrip, with title label mounted to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket; [14],15-184,[4]pp, with an original holograph poem ("Wet Suit for the Silver Surfer") tipped-in following the copyright page. Scattered foxing to text edges and upper board edges; Near Fine in a lightly rubbed, Near Fine dustjacket. Volume 4 in the "Archaeology of Movies and Books" series.
