New York: Simon and Schuster, 1954. xiii, 306 pp. Original cloth, titles to front board and spine. Light shelfwear, some fading to spine. Author inscription to front free endpaper. $250. * First edition. Dated March 25, 1954, the inscription reads: "To/ John Sibley Esq./ from an old and admiring friend,/ Lloyd Paul Stryker." Stryker was probably the finest defense lawyer of his day. Sibley, a notable Atlanta lawyer and businessman, is remembered today as the chair of the Sibley Commission, which oversaw desegregation in the Atlanta School system.

All items are offered subject to prior sale. We are happy to accept orders by telephone, fax, e-mail or through our website. We welcome visitors, although an advance contact is advised.
