About This Item
Schiffer Publishing Ltd (US), 1998-12-14. hardcover. Very Good Minus/Good. 10x1x12. 493pp. (white spine). 1988. First edition. 4to. large sized. Red-pink marbled endpapers. Original publisher's blue cloth stamped in black to the spine and to the front board. The text supported by numerous photographic reproductions in colour and b/w. No inscriptions. A very good minus, clean, tight copy in good only jacket. Rubbing to the cloth at the tail of the spine to both corners with some fraying and slight loss. Much less so at the head of the spine and one very short rubbing/tear mark to the cloth about 5cm up from the tail of the rear joint. A little spotting to the endpapers and fore-edges. The jackt is very largely complete but has significant wear at the tail with the outer laminate lifting. There are also short tears and nicks and one or two longer tears. There are also chips to the jacket corners. A very goood minus copy in good only jacket.
