F Lewis, 1935. Limited Edition. Hardcover. NF/VG. Limited Edition, one of 500 copies. 25.5 x 32 cm green cloth with gilt stamped titles to the front and spine and publisher's device to the front, xv (i) 55 (1) with 55 full page plates including frontispiece, 21 in full colour. In original dust jacket priced at 32/6 net. The book is in near fine condition, clean and bright with the merest hint of shelfwear. Internally there is no name inscription or bookplate and just a little spotting to the very edge of the text block. The cream dust jacket which is now protected in a removable, clear cover (not shown) presents well considering its age. It is a little spotted and dust marked with just a touch of toning to the spine minor chipping to the head and foot of the spine to a maximum of 3mm and minimal loss to the fore edge corners. There is a 1.5 cm closed tear at the bottom of the front panel with a touch of associated creasing. All in all a very nice copy with some lovely illustrations Rainford & Parris Books welcomes enquiries, so please do not hesitate to ask if you require further images or have any questions.
