About This Item
Princeton, NJ Princeton University Press, 1963. Hardcover First Edition [1963]; Third Printing [1966]. SCATTERED UNDERLINING IN RED AND BLUE INK AND PENCIL FOR THE FIRST 144 PAGES. Else, Very Good in Very Good DJ: Both book and DJ show indications of moderate use. The Book shows light wear to the extremities; faint foxing to the outside edges; mottling and soiling to the panels (but we detect no mildew odor or other indications of exposure to moisture; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Former owner's name inscribed at the front free endpaper. The DJ shows mild rubbing and faint soiling to the white background field of the rear panel; moderate wear to extremities, with several tiny closed tears and nicks and such at the outside edges and corner tips; the price has not been clipped. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. A solid copy with obvious flaws. Would make a handsome reading copy, if one can overlook the marks. 8vo. xi, 350 pages. Weight: 2 pounds, 6.5 ounces. First Edition [1963]; Third Printing [1966]. Hardback with DJ.
