William Dailey Rare Books, Los Angeles, 2000. First edition, being one of the first 100 copies, numbered and signed by the authors. *With the original prospectus loosely inserted. Published to accompany an exhibition held at The Grolier Club, New York, 17 May - 29 July 2000. Of the total edition of 1500, only 500 were hardcover.

All books are in very good, or better, condition with defects, if any, fully described. Traditional trade terms apply. Items are offered subject to prior sale. All orders will be confirmed by email or facsimile.
A full postal service is available. Packing, postage and insurance charges are extra.
