About the author

Robin Bronk is the Executive Director of The Creative Coalition, the leading nonprofit, nonpartisan social and political advocacy organization of the arts and entertainment industry. Ms. Bronk is also the Director of Cause Celebre, an APCO division that matches celebrities and entertainment leaders with national causes and issues of importance; additionally, she serves on the New York Cultural Task Force, is a board member of The White House Project and Young Playwrights Inc., and a member of the Public Relations Society of America and Women of Washington. She has won numerous awards and honors for her public affairs work.


For the past 30 years, Brian Smith's bold graphic portraits of famous faces have graced the covers and pages of hundreds of magazines including "Sports Illustrated, Time, Forbes, New York Times Magazine" and "British GQ." Just five years of out college, Smith won The Pulitzer Prize for Spot News Photography and was again a finalist for the Pulitzer for his photos of Haiti in turmoil.
