Titus, Simmons & Titus, 1874. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1874. Black pebbled leather with gilt titles, lightly scuffed, with few small spots of insect damage to rear cover (not extending into book). Binding sound. All maps present, including fold-outs. Front endsheets a little grubby, large dampstaining to rear endsheets. Faint 'must' smell in pages. Prior owner's small label at front paste-down, and year "1959" written in pen. Interior else free of markings.
