Springfield MA: L.J. Richards & Co., 1893. First Edition . Hardcover. Fair/No Dust Jacket. A Fair copy in three-quarter brown leather over brown cloth lettered in gold of this folio-size volume. Mild cover soiling, leather wear at the spine. 20 1/2" tall by 15" wide. Sadly, the book shows damp-staining throughout to the lower seven inches. No paper adhesion, but light tanning to the paper from the damp-stain. All maps present: Index Map, Assessors Index Map, Map of Rhode Island, subsequent maps PlateA-Plate T. All double fold, with map of Rhode Island double size. Small private bookplate inside front cover ("The Library at Carolands"), no other marks (save for the damp-staining).
