Victoria, Australia: Melbourne University Press, 1956. First edition. Hardcover. vg. Small folio. 69pp. Green cloth with gilt lettering to spine in original dj. Head and tail of spine slightly bumped. Creasing, scuffing and minor chipping to dj. Initials "HLC" and year "1970" to front endpaper. Frontispiece. Each tree (Central and North Australia) has a double-page dedicated to it - text with drawings by Gwen Walsh on one and the exquisite photograph of the tree on the other side. Dj in good, book in very condition.
