Hartford, CT: Self Published, 1919. Hardcover, [xviii], 151 pages. Good condition. Limited edition of 250 copies. Size 10"x7". Cloth spine over paper-covered boards. Top edge gilt, deckled fore and bottom edges. Boards scuffed on corners & edges; moderate exterior soiling and darkening. Previous owner's bookplate (John Avery Sanborn) on front fly. All plates present; one plate (Benjamin Parke Avery) is loose; one plate (Monument Erected in Newton, Mass.) is torn at the interior margin, an apparent defect in production. Interior text is Very Good, clean and unmarked.. Good.
