Hardcover. 8vo - 21 x 13.5 cm.; 224 pp. Pale red linen cloth over boards with black lettering on the spine and the front board. Signed by the author, with an inscription to his brother-in-law Doug, on the front free end paper. Previous owner's name (a different person altogether) below that on the same end paper. The boards show mild shelf wear and there is a scuff on the back board just in from the fore edge. Otherwise clean and tight. A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted.; Signed by Author .
