The journal includes news about She'erit Hapletah in Italy, an organization formed by mainly Eastern European Jewish refugees living in Displaced Persons (DP) camps, which was established primarily for the former inmates of Nazi German concentration camps.
It describes the living conditions in the DP camps, the aids, congresses and other happenings as well as stories and poems by Holocaust survivors.
