Boston: D. Lothrop & Co., 1882 Oblong folio 12 !/4 by 9"book with bright lithograph covers, pages printed on one side.The title page and seven other full page lithos are present as is all the text. The text is in the form of poetry, explaining hte large bright illustrations. The text block is detached from the covers with the front end paper having a closed tear and the rear end paper chipped at the fore edge. Also offsetting from the lithographs to the facing pages. Boards show edge wear. Altogether, a decently preserved copy of a late 19th century children's book.
