A survey of the chief prints and drawings in the balletic collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum, the largest public collection in England. The Museum has unique designs for costumes and scenery of sixteenth century Italy, France under Louis XIV, nineteenth century England, and Diaghiley in the early twentieth century. D/w has minor wear to head of spine and corners of the d/w; d/w has shadow of small sticker removal from front cover; else a very good plus copy, in a very good d/w, of the first edition.
