Good hardcover in full blue leather with flex boards shows light soil with rubbing and shelfwear to covers including closed tears at spine ends, bookplate at front pastedown, tearing along bottom portion of hinge of first few pages, coupl eof light internal splits and some other light trace wear. 604 pages with ribbon marker still attached, top page edges gilt and illustrations. Solid copy of this edition of the classic Dickens work.

Barnaby Rudge: A Tale of the Riots of Eighty, commonly known as Barnaby Rudge, is an historical novel by the author Charles Dickens. Barnaby Rudge was one of two novels that Dickens published in his short-lived weekly serial Master Humphrey's Clock, which lasted from 1840 to 1841, when the book was published. It was Dickens' first attempt at an historical novel, his only other being A Tale of Two Cities.
