Measure 15 (1952) allowed liquor to be sold in Oregon by the drink, ending one of the last effects of Prohibition in the state. In addition to the cocktail recipes, there are introductory essays on the history of various drinks.

A pleasing tactile production designed for defacement, but still nicely preserved.
