Binding is solid and pages are clean. Cloth boards (imprinted with blue lettering) have just a whisper of wear. Price-clipped dust jacket has several large chips and several smaller ones and has tape repairs on reverse side. A study of Britain's Light Coastal Forces in the North Sea and Channel during World War II, written by the noted conservationist Sir Peter Scott, the only son of Scott of the Antarctic, who during the war was commander of one of the Motor Torpedo Boats whose actions are described in the text. Photo illustrations, charts, eight color plates. Map endpapers. Small 4to. 228 pp. Including index. In protective Mylar. .
