About the author

Dick Morris, 49, has long been a pioneer and maverick in the world of political consultants. He was among the first consultants to work full-time in the field and through the years has gained a reputation for using sophisticated polling techniques to develop issues-oriented campaigns, culminating in President Clinton's 1996 election. Morris grew up on Manhattan's Upper West Side and graduated from Columbia University.
