Red decorated cloth 5-ring binder, index tab sections. 4to. pp. 463. VG. First three pages a bit soiled and worn, but holes have been reinforced (on one meat page and on every page of the index). Red cloth tape repair to joints and around edges. Index tabs are foxed, o/w internally near fine (no trace of notation). Topboard bowed slightly concave. The Betty Crocker trademark persona of General Mills was created in 1921 by home economist Marjorie Child Husted (1892-1986)..
