Cleveland and New York: The World Publishing Co., 1957. First edition, 1957. Informative guide for collectors of children's books. Black cloth with gilt lettering and blind stamp hornbook decoration, gilt and red spine lettering and decoration, red tinted top edge, folding frontis illustration, 504 pages. The book is in very good condition with extremely mild edgewear including rubbed corners and spine ends, sound text block, good hinges, clean pages with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is in good condition with a half-inch front right bottom edge chip, chipped corners and heavily rubbed spine panel ends, addtional edgewear, about one percent paper loss overall. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
