One of a limited edition of 2500 copies. This issuance follows the original 1940 limited edition run of 550 copies. Illustrations by Milton C. Weiler. --- In dark blue leather-covered boards with titling and decorations stamped in gilt; all edges gilt and with marbled-look endpapers. Oval color image of creel and nice catch of fish pasted to cover. No jacket (as issued). --- With inked gift inscription to front fly page, a few scratches to textblock edge gilding; else a very handsome copy.; 16mo (6 to 7 in. tall); xiii, 401 pages .
