Volume 1 is the first printing from 1817, volume 2 is the second printing from 1819 which has the same collation as the first printing. Contains 5 of the 6 portraits, lacking the portrait of Andrew Jackson in volume 2. Front covers are nearly detached for both volumes. Howes W-538.
