Drawn from the notes of Group Capt. Sir Hugh Dundas. A label has been attached on the half-title p. carrying the autograph of Steve Pisanos (The Flying Greek) who flew w/the RAF before transferring to the 4th Fighter Group of the U.S. Army Air Corps. Pisanos won the DFC, Legion of Merit & Purple Heart. He was shot down later in the war & served w/the French Resistance. Two lines of info. are written in below the label autograph. The hard cover book & d/w are in v.g. or better cond.
