Pages have no names or foxing, tho moisture stain to cover has bled onto Title page. "It is because the Armenian massacres in Turkey are clearly established, because responsibilities can be definately fixed, .that the author deems it advisable and imperative.to call attention to what is undoubtedly the blakest page in modern history."
