Ward Ritchie Press, 1976. Silver gilt boards with black lettering along spine. Corners are bumped. Top of spine has a very small tear, bumped at the bottom. Endpapers are lilac with black and white photos of showgirls in formation. Text has many photographs and an extensive index. It is very clean. Previous owner's name of upper right corner of ffep. Dust jacket has black and white photo of a showgirl, very fine pink border and pink lettering for the title. Chipped around edges with a few more serious chips near the spine. Unclipped.
