Both front and back endpapers contain a map of the United States in 1815. Dust jacket in good condition, has been price clipped (at bottom of front flap - assuming price was clipped. ) Shows some rubbing and shelf wear near top of spine and a small closed tear at front bottom corner about 1/2"". * From the book, ""This is the story of America, from Columbus and the Colonial Age through the War of 1812--told with rare eloquence and power by two eminent historians"". ""Bruce Catton and his son William B.
