This is copy number 73 of the publishers limited edition and is signed by Raine and but editor William Barker on a front end page. I assume this edition was limited to 200 copies. Note says the first editon was limited to 1500 copie of which 1300 were for sale to the public, Book is in excellent shape with very little wear and clean unmarked contents. the jacket is well worn on corners and spine ends with chips and small tears, Spine is faded completly white and there are 3 spots where liquid dropped on the jacket leaving round stains.
