Edinburgh and London: William Blackwood and Sons, 1866. Ninth Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Doyle, Leech, Crowquill. Octavo. Hald leather with marbled paper boards. Spine with 6 compartments and 5 bands with title in gilt to second compartment. Gilt title to spine has since rubbed off. Joints rubbed with some wear and a few scratches to leather. Blue endpapers with and engraved bookplate bearing the name of William T. Goad. Light foxing to prelims, with small early gift inscription to title page. Binding tight and square. A clean and nice copy with illustrations throughout by Richard Doyle, John Leech, and Alfred Crowquill.
