Book is Very Good, Brown soft cover book with black titles to front panel and advertisements on rear panel, uniformly toned text, little tearing to heel of spine, No previous owner bookplate or writing, text is near Fine and really quite remarkable condition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall.
